Not only does my local library have a nice little Web site. They also offer free Wi-Fi and a nice selection of PC’s to use. The really cool part to me is that they also offer a bunch of PC’s running LindowsOS. If you don’t know what that is, it’s the world’s easiest to use Desktop Linux. No really those two words can be in the same sentence! I used to have it installed on a computer here at work and it works almost the same as Windows XP, just without all the crashing and none of the Blue Screens. Anyway I thought that was smart of my Library to save money by installing Lindows and Open Office instead of paying hundreds of dollars for Office and XP. Good work public library!
