The stumbling giant?

If you have a little slack time around Christmas, you might want to read this article from the the Washington Post about industry speculation that Microsoft is losing it. Can the monopoly we all have a love/hate relationship with be slipping? Some think so.

But I recommend it because it isn’t, to my way of thinking, about software. It’s about organizational change: a big topic in FISpace and for the Futuring and Innovation Center. (Look for term "OODA loop.") There’s some talk about web 2.0 in the article too. Web 2.0 isn’t about software either.
