A study by Change Sciences Group ranks ShareBuilder number one for ease of use of Web-based brokerages. The study evaluated the site’s ability to inspire investors trust and assisting new investors in detrermining goals and risk types.
This award follows one by Forbes as “Best of the Web” in the broker catagory, in Winter 2003.
It is ease, to be sure, but also it is the trust that comes through in pictures and words.
We should emulate them.
