Evidently Greenpeace is having considerable success with e-CRM. They have significant volunteer activism, fundraising and relationship building through their global online system. They recently conducted a donor renewal campaign by e-mail and claim to have reduced attrition. It appears they also do considerable communication with their constituents through online newsletters, “action alerts, and even “live chat.”
