I was lost

I went to Democracy Island in Second Life today (see Randy Moss’ post). It was only the second time I have been in the Second Life virtual world, so I spent most of my time trying to figure out how to handle my "body" and navigate. Randy Moss was there somewhere doing a presentation about the Second Life Relay For Life, but I couldn’t find him or any other presenters. It was eerie like an acid trip. I zig-zagged around trying to avoid bumping into objects. At one point I was under water in a lake. I felt like I was in a singles’ bar; too shy to talk to anyone.
