Today I stumbled across the WOMBAT (Word of Mouth Basic Training) podcasts. I’ve not had much time to explore them, but they promise to be interesting. Some of the interviewees include:
Ed Keller, who co-wrote the book The Influentials with Jon Berry
Greg Stielstra, author of PyroMarketing: The Four Step Strategy to Ignite Customer Evangelists and Keep Them For Life. and
Max Kalehoff, Vice President of Marketing for BuzzMetrics
Yeah, I think the Society could make great use of word-of-mouth and of simple, short little podcasts like these.
