How Do You Respond When People Sign Up?

Mere minutes after leaving a comment on  PGreenblog
bemoaning the lack of actionable CRM blogs, I ran across a post at the Jim Berkowitz’s e-Journal.
Jim linked to a post at MediaPost’s s Email Insider titled, "Missing The Chance To
Say ‘You’re Welcome."
I’m forwarding it on to several people in my
organization.

The post discussed the opportunity most organizations miss by not sending a
better response to customers/members when they sign up for a newsletter or
register for a site. If your organization signs people up online and you want to
get your relationships with them off to a better start, I highly recommend
it.
