Neither have I. But apparently they are doing some cool things. I asked them about being a nonprofit serving other nonprofits through technology and they had this to say
One of our key services is an online donation processing system, which we are in the process of enhancing. With the research-based improvements we are currently working to implement, we estimate that we will be able to recover roughly 39 percent of failed credit card transactions for nonprofits. This equates to a lot of money when considering that in a given year, about 38% of recurring gifts setup with a credit card will fail each year.
Interesting for sure. And in the spirit of this blog they are trying to crowdfund the process. I haven’t seen it in action just yet but will be following up for a demo of how they do it. Here’s more on what they are trying to do.
