Recommendable watching

A Frontline show on PBS, The Persuaders, is an interesting view of advertising and marketing. Actually it’s kind of scary. The reptilian brain is in control, not the rational brain, and "the persuaders" know how to coax it. Gives some insight about CRM also. If you missed it on PBS you can watch it online at the PBS site.
