Jeans…or Genes?

The price of doing genomic sequencing and expression testing has dropped rapidly since the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2003, and further decreases are ahead. So, naturally, web-based companies are promoting various DNA testing services directly to consumers. Whether it’s finding out about disease-linked genes, finding your ancestral "roots", or just "knowing more about you," the "personal genomics" movement is on.
