We added an extra night this year, and it’s impacted the number of folks we need. Responsibilities include manning the entry/exit gates, backstage area, information booth, etc.
Folks can sign up by going to http://www.volunteerspot.com/login/entry/58-6221066681 and registering for our activity, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional info.
This event is one of the largest fundraisers for the Food Bank. Anyone volunteering at least two shifts over the weekend (also need help Saturday PM shift) or even just the Sunday PM shift gets a free tshirt, snacks, and the chance to hear some really great music!
We will also be having a volunteer appreciation party in May, so please help if you can!!

On a Saturday, parking at all the standard city meters will be free, however Orange meters on campus are owned by UT and require payment 24/7, so avoid those at all costs. They also only allow for 45 minute parking.
Past that, there is a pay lot and several pay garages around, they will be 10 dollars for a whole day, and West Campus surface street parking as well is available.
We’ll be giving away some really cool stuff. You’ve got to stick around till 3:30 to get it.
